Return Requests
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned items must:
- Remain unworn and unused.
- Maintain original tags and packaging.
- Be free from stains, damage, washing marks, or alterations.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns cannot be processed for:
- Customized apparel.
- Final sale products.
- Items that have been worn or washed.
- Gift cards.
Refund Procedure
Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection, approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
